Kurdish Sorani is not finished: most of the site is still in English while the translation is reviewed.

How we handle your CV

Last updated: 3 October 2026

A CV is full of personal information. This page says plainly what we keep, why, for how long, and who else handles it.

What we keep

The file you upload, and the text our software reads out of it. The job title and the job advert you give us.

If you make an account: your email address, your name if you give it, and your password only in a scrambled form that cannot be read back.

If you order: what you chose, the details you typed, the payment reference you sent, and the files we made for you.

What we use it for

To check your CV, show you the result, and make the files you order. Nothing else.

We do not sell your data. We do not show your CV to employers or recruiters. We do not use your CV to train AI models.

Who else handles it

Our servers are rented from a hosting company, and your files are stored on them.

When you order stronger wording, a translation or a cover letter, or practise the interview, the text needed for that is sent to an AI service (Anthropic) that writes the draft. Our own checks then undo any line that adds a number or a name your CV does not have.

When you give us a link to a job advert, our server opens that page. The site sees our server, not you.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Our cookies only keep you signed in and remember the scans you made before signing in.

How long we keep it

A CV checked without an account is deleted 90 days after you upload it, unless you ordered something from it.

With an account, your scans stay until you delete them or delete your account.

The files you paid for (CVs, letters, photos) stay on your order page for 90 days after we deliver them, then we delete them.

Interview answers are not stored. For the LinkedIn check we keep the checklist it produced, not your whole profile text.

Your choices

Delete a scan from its result page, at any time.

From your account page, download everything we hold about you, or delete your account and everything under it.
